Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made from 30 through eight days before the starting date of the lesson.
A 70% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made from seven through four days before the starting date of the lesson.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made three or fewer days before the starting date of the lesson.
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be processed through the card issuer's refund procedures.
Ex.:
For lessons on December 25:
Entire amount less deposit refundable through November 25 (30 days before the lesson)
50% of charges refunded for cancellations made November 26–December 17 (30 through eight days before the lesson)
30% of charges refunded for cancellations made December 18–21 (seven through four days before the lesson)
No refunds for cancellations made December 22–25 (three days before the lesson through the day of the lesson)

About the deposit
Advance reservations will be accepted from July 1st to November 15th, 2025.
This deposit is non-refundable and does not apply to the cancellation policy during the advance reservation period.
All guests participating in lessons and guided tours are required to sign a pledge.
●To confirm your reservation and secure the instructor's schedule, we require a deposit of 5,000 yen per day to reserve one lesson (whether full-day or half-day).
●The reservation will be confirmed once payment has been confirmed.
●The lesson fee will be charged to you 40 days before the lesson start date. The payment information will be sent to you at that time. The deposit amount paid to secure the reservation will be deducted from the remaining amount.
This deposit is non-refundable and does not apply to the cancellation policy during the advance reservation period.
