First consecutive turn (heelside → toeside → toeside → heelside)
▪Depending on the conditions, you can even try a simple one-run run!

▪ Speed control in a V-shaped (Plug) position ▪ Practice stopping in a V-shaped position (Plugbogen)

▪Slide in a straight line by side slipping ▪Learn weight transfer and braking sensation on flat surfaces
